Typically every 3 months or 300 liters (approximately 100 gallons), whichever comes first. Filter lifespan depends on your local water quality — harder or more contaminated water shortens the cycle, while already-filtered source water may extend it.

Use any water that is already considered safe for consumption — municipal tap water, filtered water, or bottled water. Note: if using bottled purified water (reverse osmosis), the mineral content is too low for effective ionization. Tap or lightly filtered water produces the best results.

Yes. The 7-stage cartridge is designed to reduce fluoride by up to 99%, along with chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, and organic compounds. Actual performance varies by source water concentration.

The H2GO is designed to raise water pH to between 8.5 and 9.5 or above, depending on your source water’s mineral content and starting pH. Source water with lower initial mineral content will reach a lower final pH. Most tap water sources produce pH in the 8.5–9.0 range.

Wash the outer bottle with mild, food-safe detergent and warm water. Do not use the dishwasher, as heat may damage the filter media. Allow the bottle to air-dry fully after cleaning before reassembling. Never use bleach or harsh solvents inside the bottle.

Yes. All materials used are BPA-free and food-grade. The bottle is suitable for family use. For young children, use with normal age-appropriate supervision. The filtration media is contained within the sealed cartridge and does not enter the drinking water.
